Training and Competency of Our Team

At AGL Construction Services, we are committed to ensuring that every member of our team is appropriately trained to meet the demands of their role while upholding the highest safety standards. 
We ensure all staff hold the relevant Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards, and that every employee receives comprehensive safety training, including: 

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) for all site managers and supervisors
  • Asbestos Awareness to ensure the safe identification and handling of hazardous materials
  • First Aid at Work training to provide immediate care in the event of an accident or emergency
  • Working at Height training to mitigate risks during elevated work
  • Manual Handling to prevent injuries from lifting and carrying heavy materials
  • Scaffold Inspection training for site personnel responsible for working with or around scaffolding

In addition, our team undergoes specialized job-specific training depending on their role, ensuring a highly competent workforce capable of maintaining safety standards in every task.
