On occupied work, residents know what is happening, when, and who to call. In Islington we refurbished a whole block without moving a single resident out.
Compliance you can evidence
Gas Safe, NICEIC, CHAS Elite, Constructionline and Competent Roofer, CSCS-carded teams and SMSTS-trained site managers, with the certificates to show for it.
