The challenge

This family home in Greenwich had run out of room where it mattered most. The owners wanted a rear extension to create a large, open-plan kitchen and dining space leading straight onto the garden — without the new part ever looking bolted on.

The result

We took care of the planning permission and every stage of the build. Matching materials mean the extension reads as part of the original house, and the family now has the bright, open kitchen and dining space they wanted, with the garden right outside the door.
