Much of our work — insulation, heating upgrades, ventilation and damp remediation — makes homes warmer and cheaper to run. We bring the same care to how we build.
Waste
We plan quantities carefully to keep waste down, separate materials on site for recycling wherever we can, and use licensed waste carriers for everything that leaves site.
Materials
We choose durable, responsibly sourced materials, and on refurbishment work we keep and reuse what is sound rather than replacing it by default.
Energy-efficient homes
Insulation, efficient heating and better ventilation are part of our everyday work, and we can advise clients on improvements that cut energy use and running costs as part of a refurbishment.
Travel
Recruiting locally means shorter journeys to site, and we plan deliveries and site visits to keep vehicle trips to a minimum.
Doing more
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our work, and we will work with any client on the environmental targets that matter to their programme.
