A Soho restaurant, reimagined for a new generation of diners

The challenge

In Soho, standing still means falling behind. Every restaurant on the street is competing for the same passing trade, and the owner of this one wanted a fresh, contemporary look that would win over a younger crowd. That meant rethinking the whole place: how the room was laid out, how the kitchen worked, how the dining room felt, and how the restaurant looked from the pavement.

The restaurant now looks the part on one of London's most competitive dining streets. Guests walk into a sleek, modern dining room, the kitchen behind it is built for busy service, and the new frontage gives the place real presence on the pavement.
